Headshot pricing reflects session time, photographer experience, retouching quality, and licensing terms. A seasoned photographer with 12+ years of experience and hand-finished retouching costs more than a volume operation. Be cautious of $99 pop-up shops — they often rush sessions, deliver minimal retouching, and restrict how you can use your images.
What's your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel with 48 hours or more notice for a full refund or a free reschedule — no questions asked. Inside 48 hours of your session, cancellations incur a 50% fee since the studio time is reserved exclusively for you.
Do you offer payment plans or deposits?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your session — $148 for Essential, $248 for Executive, $348 for Creative, and $498 for Celebrity. The remaining balance is due at your session, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
