For women, professional makeup is strongly recommended to ensure a polished, camera-ready look. Our on-site makeup artist specializes in natural enhancements that photograph beautifully without appearing overdone. For men, we provide light grooming and shine control. Arrive with your hair styled the way you'd want to appear professionally.

Yes—you're welcome to bring one person for moral support. A trusted friend or colleague can offer helpful feedback during the session. We just ask that they remain positive and supportive so we can keep focus on you and capture confident, authentic expressions.

Bring them. We use specialized lighting to minimize glare and reflections, and many clients want shots both with and without glasses. If glasses are part of your professional identity, they belong in your headshot.

Sessions range from 45 minutes to 3 hours depending on your package. The Professional Essential is 45 minutes, the Executive Signature runs 90 minutes, the Creative Portfolio is 2.5 hours, and the Celebrity Complete is 3 hours. We never rush—our goal is to capture the shot that represents you at your best.

The number depends on your package: Professional Essential includes 2 retouched images, Executive Signature includes 4, Creative Portfolio includes 6, and Celebrity Complete includes 10. You'll review your photos with us during the session and select your favorites before we begin retouching.

Every final image receives professional retouching: skin smoothing, blemish removal, color correction, and minor adjustments. We enhance your natural appearance while keeping you looking like yourself—polished and professional, not over-edited. Additional retouching requests can be accommodated; just let us know your preferences.

Standard delivery is within 5–7 business days via a secure online gallery. The Executive Signature package includes 48-hour priority delivery, and the Celebrity Complete package includes rush delivery at no extra charge. Rush 24-hour delivery can also be added to any package for $100.

Yes. All packages include unlimited commercial licensing. Use your headshots on LinkedIn, company websites, social media, business cards, marketing materials, casting profiles—anywhere you need them. You own the rights to use your images for any personal or professional purpose.

Packages range from $295 to $995: Professional Essential at $295 includes 45 minutes of shooting and 2 retouched images; Executive Signature at $495 runs 90 minutes with 4 images; Creative Portfolio at $695 spans 2.5 hours with 6 images; and Celebrity Complete at $995 gives you 3 hours and 10 images. A 50% deposit reserves your session (card on file; the balance is due at the session).

Yes. We offer on-location headshot service across the Los Angeles area for teams and executives—we bring professional lighting, backdrops, and the full studio setup to your office. A travel and setup fee applies depending on distance. For individuals, our Silver Lake studio remains the default for the most control over lighting and consistency.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session receive a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to another client.

We combine technical expertise with personalized coaching to bring out your best. Every session includes professional direction to help you feel comfortable and confident on camera. We review images with you during the shoot—not after—so we can adjust in real time. Our Silver Lake studio uses premium lighting, multiple backdrops, and a relaxed atmosphere designed to make the process feel easy.
